1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "bbsiot" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to bbsiot and its operators, parent entities, affiliates, and authorised agents.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bbsiot platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the bbsiot platform.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and other features accessible through the bbsiot platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary operating currency of the bbsiot platform for players based in Bangladesh.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player by bbsiot under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bbsiot platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bbsiot platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bbsiot operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation. bbsiot reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the bbsiot platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from any gambling platform or regulatory body.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of bbsiot Services, a Player must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid contact details. bbsiot reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bbsiot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify bbsiot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bbsiot platform. Duplicate accounts detected by bbsiot's security systems will be closed without notice, and any balances — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Players found operating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be permanently banned from the platform.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the bbsiot support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

bbsiot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players are subject to identity verification before withdrawals above a specified threshold can be processed.

5.1 Required Documents

bbsiot may request the following documents as part of the verification process:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard account is registered in the Player's name).
• Source of funds declaration where transaction volumes exceed internal thresholds.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

bbsiot aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, verification may take up to five business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification completion.

5.3 Failure to Verify

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent account closure at bbsiot's discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, bbsiot reserves the right to withhold funds and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbsiot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Subject to account tier and payment method limits as displayed in the cashier section.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT per transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bbsiot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for card-based methods (Visa, Mastercard).

6.4 Transaction Fees

bbsiot does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which bbsiot has no control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

6.5 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources will be returned and the Player's account may be suspended. bbsiot reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bbsiot are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they are eligible for conversion to real money and withdrawal.
• bbsiot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete account registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the bbsiot welcome bonus. Full terms, including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit amount, and bonus expiry period, are communicated at the time of the offer. bbsiot reserves the right to alter welcome bonus terms for new registrations at any time.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. Their account may be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is established.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the bbsiot platform are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface or betting market. The following general principles apply across all games and products:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi). bbsiot has no ability to alter or influence individual game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bbsiot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to bbsiot through your financial institution without first raising a dispute with the bbsiot support team.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bbsiot staff or other platform users.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbsiot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of bbsiot or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the platform on any other website or service.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbsiot excludes all liability for:

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond bbsiot's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party platform failures.

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from the use of the bbsiot platform.

Where bbsiot is found to be liable under applicable law, its total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

bbsiot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bbsiot employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard data security protocols to protect Player information. Personal data is not sold or disclosed to unauthorised third parties. 14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bbsiot holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bbsiot internal dispute process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.

15.1 Internal Dispute Process

Players who wish to raise a dispute must first submit a formal complaint to the bbsiot support team at [email protected]. bbsiot will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome, they may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as communicated in bbsiot's response.

15.2 Player Responsibility Regarding Local Law

bbsiot operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming complies with the laws applicable in their country of residence. bbsiot makes no representation that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Player's breach of local laws in connection with their use of the platform.
